Rather than making a sudden shift, the organization chose a balanced and practical approach by adopting a hybrid IT model. A small, focused internal IT team was established to handle core operations, governance, and decision making. This team was strengthened through staff augmentation partners who provided specialized skills and flexible support as needed. The model delivered the best of both worlds. The organization regained control and visibility over its IT environment, improved operational efficiency, and gradually built internal capability and confidence. At the same time, it continued to benefit from external expertise. What began as a challenge evolved into a well planned transformation, creating a strong foundation for sustainable, locally driven IT operations.
The transition was challenging and required a trusted technology partner capable of delivering skilled, scalable, and mission-aligned IT resources to support both global and local operations. The focus was on full life cycle support, from design and development to deployment and long term maintenance, with quality and stability at the core. Over time, the partnership grew steadily. At its peak, especially during the COVID period, we deployed 44 experienced IT professionals who worked as an extension of the client’s internal team. This support helped expand IT services across 30 global offices, enabling consistent, modern software solutions while introducing new technologies and streamlined processes that improved efficiency and overall impact.
